Jim began his career in the wealth management industry in 1991. In 2014, he joined the Baird family, where he provides leadership for Baird's branches in the Mid Atlantic states.
Along with the role of a branch manager, Jim and his partner, Jorge, are dedicated to managing the financial lives of other multi-generational families around the country. They focus on what matters to you on a personal level - a child's education, a new home or income in retirement - and develop an investment approach addressing your unique life. They will work with you to gain a full view of your financial resources. They will help you identify and prioritize your goals, and illustrate any trade-offs that may be necessary to fund your most essential goals first. As the market environment and your personal situation evolves, they will review and adjust your investment approach to keep you on track.
Jorge Diaz
Financial Advisor
Since joining the financial services industry in 1998, Jorge has provided a high level of service and expertise to each of his clients. After attending the University of Delaware, Jorge found a niche in developing relationships with clients and helping them achieve their lifelong financial objectives. His work with individuals, families and businesses is far reaching, going beyond stocks and bond picks. Over the years, associations have turned into partnerships and partnerships into friendships, driven by honest conversations and sound advice.
Jorge is married to his wife and best friend Omaira for 23 years. They have two wonderful children, Nate (21) and Keila (16) which keep them plenty busy. Both Jorge and Omaira are active in their church and community. They value helping the less fortunate and providing a hand up. Serving all people is a hallmark in their family and is a core value in the Diaz household.
